Wondering with a profound question in my mind,
why do we really choose to be blind,
blind folded towards the purpose of life,
blind folded towards the evils and vice,


why do we never ponder upon,
what is right and what is wrong,
why do we leave our values behind,
why is being modest a crime,
wondering with a profound question in my mind,
why do we really choose to be blind,


An immoral rat race,
is all what this world follows,
not realising the fact,
that even if they win,
they will be a rat still,
